Senior Proposals Development Associate - Remote, US

We are currently seeking a Senior Proposals Development Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Proposals Development Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and preparation of proposals for clinical trials, thereby contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal development.
  • Assisting in the preparation and formatting of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of proposal documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts to obtain input and feedback on technical aspects of proposals.
  • Supporting the proposal manager in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in proposal development, project coordination, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
