Key Responsibilities

As the Principal UI/UX Product Designer, you will be instrumental in simplifying intricate processes to ensure that every interaction with our platform is both intuitive and enjoyable. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to influence the product's trajectory.

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to execution, encompassing user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Formulate and uphold a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Employ data, user insights, and research to refine the user experience.
• Cultivate the overarching design vision for the product, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and core values.
• Motivate the team with creative ideas and a steadfast commitment to delivering a product that resonates with users.
  
  

Required Skills

We are looking for candidates within European or American (up to East Coast) time zones.

• Leadership: Proven capability to spearhead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience: Extensive background in UI/UX design for SaaS products, with a portfolio demonstrating your talent for crafting delightful and fluid user experiences.
• Skills: Proficient in design tools—particularly Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs.
• Creativity: Ability to think innovatively and challenge conventional design norms to produce unique solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to clearly convey design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion: A profound enthusiasm for design, an eye for detail, and a robust understanding of exceptional product attributes.
• Bonus: Experience as a short-term rental or Airbnb host is advantageous, along with any other valuable skills or experiences you may possess.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of \(149,400 to \)166,000, adjusted according to your location’s cost of living.
• Additional compensation through RSUs (via our \(HOST token), valued at approximately \)16,600 annually.
