Job Title: Senior Recruiting Manager - Tax, CPA, Audit, Public Accounting

Location: Remote

Compensation: \(55,000 - \)100,000 + 40-50% Commissions + Benefits. OTE = \(200,000 - \)600,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify warm leads and secure recruitment accounts.

  • Ensure delivery of outstanding results while upholding high ethical standards in recruitment practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of agency recruitment experience in Tax, CPA, Audit, or Public Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in 360 / Full Desk Agency Recruiting, demonstrating a proven ability to win and expand accounts.
  • A demonstrated history of success in a full-desk agency environment, reflecting a high-achieving nature.
  • Strong commitment to integrity and ethical practices, with a reliable and accountable approach.
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and evolve professionally.
