Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including integration solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams to gather, document, and refine user requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, guiding them through the adoption of effective solutions tailored to their unique business challenges.
  • Develop reusable templates and standardized processes to ensure excellence in project delivery.
  • Facilitate dynamic workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Champion Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Guarantee that the solutions delivered meet the anticipated business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Over 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or CRM systems.
  • Proven track record with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of business domains such as banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and methodologies.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering and experienced in leading client workshops.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong listening, oral, and written communication abilities.
  • Keen analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce or Business Analysis are advantageous.
