Job Overview
As an Audit Senior or Manager, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and ensuring adherence to accounting standards through meticulous auditing of financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Records: Diagnose potential accounting challenges and investigate solutions to present to clients.
- Mentor Team Members: Train, guide, and manage your team throughout the audit process.
- Build Client Relationships: Enhance existing relationships and forge new ones, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients as necessary, providing insightful recommendations to address their financial or tax concerns.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a public accounting firm.
- Specialized knowledge in government and non-profit audits is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying accounting issues and researching solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule
