Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  TBC - Flexible hours but must be available to liaise with me in UK time zone. Could be any time in UK time from 8AM to 8PM.


Scope:

  • 20-40 hours per week, depending on full-time or part-time position

  • Remote work with flexible scheduling

  • Collaboration with you on video concepts and execution

  • Handling multiple video projects simultaneously with varying deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and combine separate video parts, including screen recordings and filmed content

  • Add animations and special effects to videos based on provided scripts

  • Create Instagram reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content

  • Ensure consistent branding and style across all video content

  • Meet specified deadlines for video delivery

  • Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, course platforms, social media)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing, preferably with educational or tutorial content

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)

  • Familiarity with creating animations and special effects for videos

  • Understanding of social media video formats and requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed scripts and instructions for video production

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
