Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hours a week)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, anytime between 9am -and6pm, and Flexible hours

Job Description

Become a crucial part of our client’s growth strategy as an Appointment Setter in the thriving HR software industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to game-changing HR solutions that can transform their businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your communication skills with technology, as you connect innovative software with the companies that need it most. You’ll work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, setting the stage for sales success and contributing directly to the company’s expansion in Singapore’s competitive tech sector.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to Singapore businesses, introducing our client’s HR software solutions
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to demonstrate the product
  • Maintain and update contact lists and lead information in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call targets
  • Overcome objections and generate interest in the HR software product
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments
  • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse business representatives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages common in Singapore is a plus
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or related sales roles preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle high-volume outreach
  • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, within Singapore business hours (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM SGT)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick learner with an interest in HR technology and its benefits for businesses
