JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer:
• Collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to create and template design mockups for Screen Printing, Embroidery and DTF client work (all work completed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates for future use.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s guidelines for both us and our clients.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications as a Graphic Designer:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Experience working with typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and within a team while taking creative direction and implementing feedback efficiently.
• Knowledge of screen printing, colour separations and/or ability to draw custom digital illustration art would be valued, but is not critical.
