Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire students through interactive coding lessons.
• Create a collaborative and imaginative atmosphere for learning.
• Simplify complex coding topics into easily digestible concepts.
• Tailor lessons to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.
  
  

Required Skills

• A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
• A strong enthusiasm for technology and coding.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
• Ability to convey complicated subjects in a straightforward manner for children.
• Flexibility and quick thinking in adapting to various learning styles.
• Confidence in engaging with students aged 6-14.
• Availability to conduct classes between 10:30 AM CT and 1:30 PM CT.

Qualifications

• A background in coding or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities is a plus but not required.
• Teaching credentials or classroom experience are advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with effective lesson delivery techniques is preferred but not required.
