Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and showcase hands-on techniques in both classroom and salon environments.
• Provide personalized support, addressing the unique needs and challenges of each student.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through practical examinations, written assignments, and diverse assessment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and overall progress.
• Stay abreast of current trends, techniques, and regulations in the industry to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student success and personal development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the cosmetology sector is required.
• Valid cosmetology license in the respective state is mandatory.
• A current Instructor license is essential.
