Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructor Program Manager to join our innovative team. In this remote position, you will lead a dedicated Adjunct Career Service team, focusing on transforming educational outcomes through effective program management and data integrity. Your role will be vital in shaping the future of skill-building and enhancing the eLearning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and uphold data integrity for the IT Career Prep program.
  • Strategically manage the creation and implementation of instructor policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional training experience for students.
  • Facilitate initiatives supporting student success, including job readiness and career placement.
  • Develop and design impactful curriculum and learning outcomes for the IT Career Prep Course.
  • Train, support, and cultivate the Adjunct Career Instructor team.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to ensure transparency in student outcomes.
  • Conduct analyses to identify training needs.
  • Maintain adherence to programmatic accreditation standards for current and future offerings.
  • Keep instructor files compliant with established requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and enriching learning environment.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and the development of technical courses/programs.
  • Strong background in program and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and mentor instructors effectively.
