Remote Training Instructor | WFH

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Training Instructor to enhance our Department of Defense (DoD) program, Platform One. This enterprise-level service is dedicated to realizing the DoD’s DevSecOps initiative by employing leading industry practices, open-source tools such as Kubernetes and containers, and commercial solutions to create Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines across various classification levels. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating these initiatives and ensuring the program’s success.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate virtual training workshops on a weekly basis for onboarding DoD product teams.
• Present educational materials and offer real-time support during training sessions.
• Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining optimal student-to-instructor ratios.
• Conduct post-workshop evaluations and customer satisfaction surveys to encourage continuous improvement.
• Provide monthly updates on customer feedback and the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in delivering technical training and workshops.
• Experience training Project Managers (PMs) and Developers on technical subjects.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Platform One tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to conduct technical training sessions and utilize virtual training platforms.
