Remote Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist | WFH

Job Overview

We are a dynamic and expanding organization in search of dedicated licensed therapists to join our inclusive team based in Baltimore. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, welcoming qualified professionals (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to deliver empathetic mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with the flexibility of remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your designated caseload by providing consistent therapy.
• Perform psychosocial evaluations and document sessions utilizing our cloud-based EHR system.
• Create individualized treatment plans as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in delivering therapeutic services to varied populations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of person-centered treatment planning.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Master's or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required.
• Must possess a valid license in Maryland to offer mental health treatment.
• Experience in psychotherapy within a community setting is preferred.

• Salary Range: \(40,000 - \)85,000 per year, based on experience and employment type.
