Job description

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Remote Mental Health Therapist!

We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Full-Time Therapist to deliver exceptional mental health services primarily via telehealth. As an integral member of our team, you will significantly contribute to the individualized recovery experiences of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored uniquely to each patient's needs.
  • Conduct a spectrum of mental health services, which include intakes, individual, group, and family therapy through secure video or phone sessions.
  • Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, offer counseling, and facilitate referrals and interventions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational regulations.

Required Skills

  • Active LICSW, LASW, LMHC, or an equivalent independent state license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing documentation and treatment planning within an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private space conducive to conducting therapy sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.
  • Experience in telehealth or remote service delivery is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of independent work while also excelling in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong engagement and assessment skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of patients.
