Job Overview

We are in search of empathetic and committed Mental Health Therapists to become integral members of our team! This fully remote position allows you to provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth platforms. You will have the chance to conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and assessments, all while ensuring precise documentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer evidence-based treatment to a diverse client population.
  • Offer a variety of mental health services aimed at promoting individualized recovery, primarily through telehealth video or telephone sessions.
  • Conduct intakes and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions when required.
  • Execute mental health assessments, providing counseling, referrals, and intervention services as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, adhering to Federal, State, and organizational regulations.

Required Skills

  • Hold an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in New York, Massachusetts, or Washington.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices is preferred.
  • Proficiency in telehealth and outpatient services.
  • Background in individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations, including families, adolescents, and adults.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health therapy in the areas outlined above.
