Financial Services Account Associate Specialist

About the team

We are the Client Delivery Team responsible for providing services to investors of our clients.  Client’s requests are received and handled via email, post, or via telephone. We respond in accordance with applicable procedures, and service level agreements, ensuring we meet expectations of our clients and their underlying investors.

What you will be doing

  • Working with various internal and external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries via email, mail, or telephone.
  • Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks and assisting other team members with resolving any queries or issues.
  • Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives. Once fully trained, tasks could include assisting in the training/mentoring of peers and acting as a subject matter expert on our applications, policy and procedures.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking are highly encouraged and integral to our team’s approach.
  • Developing strong subject-matter knowledge and being able to assist leadership team as a go-to person for feedback and process expertise during various projects and daily queue management.
  • Effectively managing multiple priorities, demonstrating the ability to adapt and seamlessly transition between tasks.
  • Drafting procedures and training materials, facilitating meetings and acting as a team lead during manager’s absence.
     

What you bring:

  • Languages: Fluent English (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken French.
  • Strong track record of past performance in terms of productivity and quality results.
  • Ability to manage priorities and clearly communicate on progress, challenges and thrive under pressure.
  • Constant willingness to expand own knowledge and understanding of the functions handled. Demonstrate ability to problem ensuring the needs of our clients are met with satisfactory outcomes.
  • Ability to apply existing procedures, own experience, and knowledge to address wide scope of client requests, including those of higher complexity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate within and outside own functional team.
  • Readiness to work from 08:00 am – 18:00 CET
