Job Overview

We are in search of an organized and proactive professional to take on the role of Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Quant at a prominent multi-strategy hedge fund. This position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the seamless operation of executive activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in meeting preparations through organizing materials and drafting relevant documents.
  • Respond to emails and address document requests on behalf of the executive.
  • Create presentations, meeting notes, and other essential documentation.
  • Support office management tasks, including event planning and supply ordering.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and adeptness in multitasking.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on follow-up.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Previous experience in supporting high-level executives is preferred.
