Who we’re looking for

Our client, a growth agency focused on D2C e-commerce advertising, utilizing their expertise in platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo to deliver swift results for independent, ethical brands, is seeking an e-commerce Email/SMS Specialist who is able to work a minimum of four hours overlapping with the UK time zone. They promote a friendly workplace culture that values family commitments and is eager to hire immediately. Responsibilities

Assist with the email marketing efforts for final clients using Klaviyo.
Integrate applications with the store platform.
Configure APIs, lists, and code placements in Shopify.
Upload emails and implement popups in Klaviyo.
Create segments as needed.
Perform list maintenance.
Set up flows correctly with essential filters and triggers.
Resolve technical issues.
Conduct account audits, analyze campaign performance, and develop reports.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience with Klaviyo, Iterable, or comparable platforms.
Strong skills in Google Sheets and Klaviyo reporting, with the ability to generate performance reports and identify areas of improvement.
Proficient in business systems such as Slack, ClickUp, and G-Suite, or related project management software.
Familiarity with the functions and processes of common e-commerce platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, along with the capability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
A solid understanding of the digital landscape, with the ability to provide insights on trends and opportunities for future client campaigns.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss technical topics clearly.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
(Plus) Experience with Shopify.
(Plus) Experience with FormToro, Octane.ai, or equivalent platforms.
(Plus) Knowledge of Lifetimely, Triplewhale, or similar tools is a plus but not required.
