Job Summary

The role involves managing PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) accounts for Logistics UK members, acting as the primary contact for resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • To manage PCN accounts in a timely and professional manner, being the main point of contact between Logistics UK and the member.
  • Produce and send appeal letters.
  • Identify trends and ‘hotspots’ where PCNs have been issued and communicate this to the member.
  • Liaise with the member and build good relationships.
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and private parking companies to resolve issues on behalf of the member.
  • Carry out occasional member visits to deliver review meetings and discuss PCN trends.
  • Produce regular reports as instructed from the member and produce the required reports needed to carry out review meetings with members.
  • Use all available tools like Google Maps to investigate the PCNs and ensure all supporting information is uploaded onto the PCN database in ‘Vision’.
  • To help out when required in uploading details of each PCN and supporting documentation to the relevant database and making credit card payments via Local Authorities web sites.
  • To learn and understand the whole PCN process.
  • To work as part of a team and to assist others within the department where necessary with the administration of the PCN Admin Service.
  • You may be required to perform other duties commensurate with your role/level.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ideally have experience of data entry.
  • Well organised and have the ability prioritise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show initiative and the willingness to learn.
  • Good attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • A team player and have the ability to work on own initiative.
  • The desire to learn new skills.
