エンジニア部門の拡大に伴い、AIやシステム開発に必要なインフラの管理を専任で行っていただけるインフラエンジニアを募集します。弊社の機械学習エンジニアやシステム開発エンジニアと緊密に連携し、オンプレミスのGPUサーバやAWS・GCP・Azureなどのクラウドリソースの管理、セキュリティ対策、情報資産管理体制の整備を推進していただきます。

• GitHub等のSaaS管理
• オンプレミス及びクラウドリソースのセキュリティ管理

• PCに関わるセキュリティポリシーの構築・運用

  Due to the expansion of our engineering department, we are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who will be dedicated to managing the infrastructure required for AI and system development. You will work closely with our machine learning engineers and system development engineers to promote the management of on-premise GPU servers and cloud resources such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, security measures, and information asset management systems.

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Mac and Windows operation and configuration
  • Linux/Unix system administration skills (e.g., shell scripting, network administration)
  • Knowledge and experience with on-premise server construction and operation
  • Basic experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM)
  • Experience in operating various AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
  • Knowledge of network security (e.g., firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)

Preferred Requirements

• ISO27001/ISMS認証に関わる実務経験

• 役割ベースのアクセス制御（RBAC）やシングルサインオン（SSO）の理解と実装経験

  • Working experience with ISO 27001/ISMS certification
  • Knowledge and experience in security incident response (e.g., vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection)
  • Understanding and experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and single sign-on (SSO)
  • Understanding and practice with cloud security frameworks (e.g., CIS benchmarks, NIST)
  • Hardware (especially CPU and GPU) performance optimization and troubleshooting skills
  • Deep understanding of container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Deep understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMWare, KVM)

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location:  Chuo-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 4,500,000 - 8,000,000 JPY 

・Determined based on skills, experience, and ability 

・Bonus : twice a year (varies according to individual performance and company performance)

・Overtime allowance

Hours: 09:45 - 18:30 (1 hour break included)

• Flextime system available (No core time)

  4 days during probationary period and 10 days after completion of probationary period (reduced depending on the month of joining based on April 1)

  • However, you may be asked to come in to the office or data center when equipment setup or maintenance is required. For this reason, it is preferable if you live in the Kanto area.
