Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Taleo experience and will work from home during day shifts. This role requires excellent English language skills in reading writing and speaking. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Vendor Management

Review enter update and maintain system content including custom correspondence job templates user set ups career center changes global settings translations etc maintaining global data and integrity of databases.

Set up modify and maintain Systems Security including but not limited to adding changing and deleting user IDs passwords permissions etc.

Help design system specifications and work with the information technology staff to ensure that the system is accessible and working properly.

Support the business and recruiters on all aspects of system functionality to ensure efficient and effective use of the application.

Communicate enhancements issue notifications and supply associated training content as needed to ensure FAQ are addressed and Compliance is met.

Assist in ad hoc audits of Talent Acquisition system databases.

Manage Alumni database ensuring weekly uploads of Alumni data.

Join Talent Acquisition Champions calls to present on ad hoc basis and capture monthly feedback.

Serve as User Acceptance Testing champions create test scripts conduct kickoff check in calls ensure adequate closure of UAT.

Manage regular meetings with the vendors to discuss ongoing issues Quarterly Business Reviews Roadmap items and Enhancement requests.

Serve as liaison between end users Core Taleo team and Technical Support Team.

Works regularly with System Administrator on support activities associated with Talent Acquisition systems.

Recruiter Customer Support and Issue Management

Work with enterprise wide end users on resolving issues demonstrating a sense of urgency.

Maintain issue log of known and new issues.

Management of issues until closure.

Root cause analysis and writeups of issues.

Process suggestions on repeating issues.

Maintain list of SMEs for subject areas.

Design and implement a mechanism to track and quantify work Talent Acquisition Support Box is doing. Ticketing System KPIs

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Strong problem-solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively escalate appropriately and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ability to answer technical questions for non technical users and translate technical concepts into simple terms.

Solid experience in managing projects to completion.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to internal recruiters and external candidates.

Highly detail oriented and results driven

Distinguishing Qualifications

Related Human Resources and or Recruiting background is highly desired.

Experience supporting or utilizing Taleo application tracking system

Experience supporting or utilizing Talview interviewing platform.

Experience supporting or utilizing Beamery candidate relationship manager.

Experience supporting or utilizing Workday HR management system.
