An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our Swedish Industrial Sales team as an Account Manager reporting into the Country Sales Manager. You will be joining a dynamic B2B focusing on delivering solutions to users and continue to grow outstanding relationships with our customers and distribution partners, to understand their needs and add value to their business.

The territory for this role will be South of Sweden. Our headquarters are in Sundbyberg.

Your Role

  • You will work with industry leading brands: Loctite, Teroson, Technomelt and Aquence.
  • You will offer a proactive and consultative approach to exploring needs and finding innovative solutions for customers.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and progressing opportunities for growth within your customers and potential customers to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • You will nurture and grow customers through outstanding account management. Including product training, demonstrations and after sales support.
  • You will understand / analyse the industry sectors that are key to your area and how to question these customers to understand their needs.
  • You will deliver value to our customers creating partnerships that help drive their business and yours!
  • You will behave and act with a high degree of integrity while thinking in a broad and agile way.
  • You will collaborate and communicate with all company departments to support the growth of Henkel using the CRM tool to capture and report.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience from a B2B solutions provider or technical distribution business.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Passion for technology and technical solutions.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
