As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for this exciting e-learning startup. You’ll play a crucial role in managing and nurturing leads, supporting the sales process, and helping to expand the company’s reach. You’ll work closely with the founder and other team members to push deals forward, set appointments, and ultimately help more people launch successful tech careers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture sales leads using HubSpot CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed
  • Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with potential customers and interested individuals
  • Support the founder in moving deals forward and setting up key appointments
  • Generate insightful reports from sales data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales materials and presentations
  • Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales performance


Requirements


  • Proven experience in B2B sales or lead management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
