Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join
our team. In this role, you will lead marketing projects, manage external
agency relationships, and drive the execution of marketing campaigns from
start to finish. You will be responsible for analyzing the performance of
campaigns and digital platforms, including LinkedIn and our website,
providing data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts. This role is
perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in project management, marketing
analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage external agency partners, ensuring all projects are
completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
 Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital
advertising, email marketing, content creation, and event promotion,
ensuring alignment across internal teams.
 Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and manage
resources to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
 Collaborate with the internal marketing, design, and sales teams to align
brand messaging, develop creative assets, and implement marketing
strategies.
 Analyze key marketing data, including LinkedIn campaign performance,
website traffic, conversion rates, and email campaign effectiveness, to
inform decision-making and strategy.
 Create comprehensive reports and actionable insights based on data
analysis, recommending optimizations to improve future campaign
performance.
 Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and digital tools to enhance
the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
 Ensure seamless coordination of marketing projects from planning to
post-campaign analysis, managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field.
 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally in a B2B
environment, with experience in energy or technology sectors preferred.
 Proven track record of managing marketing projects, leading external
agencies, and driving campaigns from concept through completion.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create
actionable insights.
 Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn
Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms.
 Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and
a passion for creativity.
 Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and web analytics.
 Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to
collaborate effectively across departments.

Bonus Skills:
 Proficiency with Asana or other project management software.
 Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Excellent writing skills for content creation, email campaigns, and reports.
