Job description

What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of an IT Support & Automation Specialist who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is a fleet company, offering on-call and on-site repairs and services specializing in light, medium and heavy duty gas & diesel fleet maintenance and service repairs.

In this role, you will manage and support our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft devices, cloud systems, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for optimizing IT processes.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Manage and troubleshoot Dell desktops, laptops, and iPads using Microsoft Intune and Splashtop Remote Desk.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Service Tool).
  • Manage integrations between third-party systems and Microsoft platforms.
  • Automate tasks and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Build custom applications with Microsoft PowerApps.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT tasks.
  • Develop and manage an IT Knowledge Base for user support.
  • Provide clear technical support to non-technical users.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, Intune).
  • Hands-on experience with Dell desktops, laptops, and iPads.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator is preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
