Fortive is currently seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The IAM Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing our identity and access management systems to ensure the security and efficiency of our organization's operations. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement IAM processes and technologies.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business application owners to gather and analyze requirements for identity and access management.
- Technical Design and Implementation: Develop, unit test, and deploy IAM workflows and connectors to meet customer requirements. Design and implement applications for identity governance and access review certifications.
- Lifecycle Management: Follow approved lifecycle methodologies for projects, including documentation for requirements, technical design, test cases, scripts, and deployment documents.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, customer teams, and product vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth implementation of IAM solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, designs, proof of concepts, and implementations. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Manage access controls and permissions to protect sensitive information.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise identity solutions, both on prem and SaaS. A background in managing identity governance administration. Candidate should have a strong ability to prioritize work based on business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
- Proven experience in identity and access management, including working with IAM tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM solutions such as Saviynt, CyberArk, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
