A rapidly growing, US-based digital marketing agency is looking for a Paid Social Consultant to join their team and support women-led brands in maximizing their impact through Meta Ads. Since 2017, this agency has turned its passion for marketing into a thriving 7-figure business, with a mission to empower women to achieve time and financial freedom through eCommerce.

What You’re Getting Yourself Into

As a Paid Social Consultant, you will play a key role in empowering eCommerce brands' founders to scale their businesses through Meta Ads. You will be responsible for coaching clients by guiding them through ad strategy and implementation and helping them navigate the complexities of Meta Ads Manager.

This fully remote contractor position offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule as long as client results are met. The team operates in a collaborative environment, and values self-motivation, organization, and a love for seeing clients succeed!

This is a fully remote, full-time position. This role will be as a contractor (self-employed individual). While flexibility is a key part of this role, a strong overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours is necessary to ensure consistent communication and collaboration with the team and clients.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Guide clients through critical phases of their Meta Ads journey—from onboarding to funnel building, campaign launches, and bi-weekly reviews—ensuring they not only understand the process but are empowered to meet and exceed their growth targets
  • Support clients by consulting them on building and scaling their Meta Ads, using strategic insights to help them drive revenue growth and move from earning $1k to $10k+ per month to 6 figured and beyond
  • Maintain exceptional client communication, providing clear, concise updates and documenting every interaction to align strategies with business objectives and foster trust
  • Ensure smooth campaign execution and organization, keeping clients on track with ad launches, performance reviews, and necessary optimizations to hit their KPIs
  • Drive retention and long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities to upsell clients by demonstrating consistent growth, ensuring they continue working with the agency beyond their initial contract
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and Meta Ads updates, using this knowledge to offer clients the most current and effective strategies, consistently improving campaign outcomes for better performance and results

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, particularly working within the eCommerce industry
  • You are highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and keep detailed records of communications
  • You are passionate about helping clients achieve success and are committed to their growth
  • You are adaptable and eager to learn the agency’s methods for delivering strong client results
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment while managing your own responsibilities
  • You are a natural problem-solver, you can quickly assess challenges that clients face and offer practical solutions. Whether a campaign isn’t performing as expected or a client needs help with ad strategy, you’re resourceful in guiding them to success
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment, staying productive without the need for micromanagement
  • You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
