Job Summary

• Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models that power decision-making processes related to financial and behavioral data.
  
• Develop and integrate APIs for data ingestion and interaction with third-party services.
  
• Prepare and transform large-scale datasets for machine learning applications, ensuring high data quality.
  
• Build predictive models to assess risk and behavior patterns, supporting key business decisions.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to continuously improve model performance.
  
• Optimize and scale the machine learning pipeline to ensure high efficiency and speed.
  
• Stay updated with emerging machine learning technologies and frameworks.
  
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to team knowledge and best practices.
  
• Ensure models and outputs are adaptable to different languages and markets, including localization efforts.
  

Requirements

You're a perfect match if you have

• 3-5 years of experience in machine learning and data science, particularly in predictive modeling and risk assessment.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  
• Experience developing and integrating APIs for data processing.
  
• Hands-on experience with data wrangling and feature engineering using libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
  
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with financial risk modeling or credit scoring systems is a strong advantage.
  
• Prior experience in FinTech or PropTech startups is a bonus.
