This unique role is all about helping our customers successfully transition onto our managed cloud services, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and secure experience.

Our customers rely on us for flexible access to essential resources and systems, and now, we need a passionate individual to coordinate our fast-paced Technical and Project delivery teams to ensure their success.


What will you be doing?


In this pivotal role, you will:


  • Manage Key Stakeholders: Work closely with customers and our internal Project, Product, and Operational teams to ensure smooth service transitions and operational acceptance.
  • Lead Technical Projects: Act as the escalation point for technical transition projects, providing valuable feedback to product teams and influencing service improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate Resources: Oversee the Engineering and Project teams as they migrate customers onto our IRIS Hosting services.
  • Improve Efficiency: Govern lead times and transition costs while sharing knowledge and adopting repeatable processes and automation.
  • Drive Adoption: Help implement approved solutions across all IRIS platforms, enhancing service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor Platforms: Maintain customer platforms during and immediately after Go-Live, ensuring they operate smoothly.
  • Align Best Practices: Ensure all team activities adhere to best practices and are updated with the latest provider advice.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with third-party technical teams and internal departments to foster knowledge sharing.
  • Document Processes: Create user guides and documentation as needed.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Take ownership of customer concerns from initial contact to resolution, supporting cloud infrastructure and services throughout the process.


What are we looking for?


We’re seeking candidates who have:


  • Microsoft Certifications: Proficiency in Azure, MS365, Windows Server, and Desktop technologies.
  • ITIL Accreditations: Knowledge of best practices in IT service management.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar project coordination or service role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience across IT Operations, including Networking, Virtualization, and Security.
  • Customer Support Experience: Familiarity with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support, ideally in an ITIL environment.
  • Project Delivery Skills: Experience in managing resources and working to project milestones.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities across various channels.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to delivering quality service and improving customer experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A tenacious approach to resolving challenges effectively.
  • Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate with global support teams and keep up with modern technologies.
