About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the gaming industry.

Job Description

  • Travel to different jurisdictions to understand variations in product and game development requirements. Present findings and reports to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Share market insights across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Guide product and game development, utilizing existing Product and Game Specification documents to formalize processes.
  • Provide briefings on third-party products, including specialized items such as link signage, toppers, and plasma displays.
  • Keep Product and Game Specification documents up-to-date, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements, and communicate changes to all relevant departments.
  • Develop product and game briefings for Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure everyone is informed of our product offerings. Emphasize product features and benefits, and present products to internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain showroom and test bed sites for product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop product release strategies that ensure adequate product availability in relevant jurisdictions and maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Content Managers to identify optimal solutions for the region.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer implementations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assess how well our solutions, as well as competitor offerings, address the needs of prospects and customers both currently and in the long term.
  • Oversee projects from solution definition through to completion, ensuring that customer needs and market opportunities are addressed.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations, to develop solutions responsive to customer needs.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of product experience in the gaming industry, with specific knowledge of gaming systems in Asia.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in communication, team collaboration, influence, facilitation, relationship management, business strategy, change management, and project management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a structured, matrixed, and regulated corporate environment.
