Join Our Team as a Returnable Packaging Analyst!

Are you an experienced data analyst with a knack for tracking and managing inventory? Do you have a passion for logistics and operational efficiency? Join Team Global Express as a Returnable Packaging Analyst and play a key role in overseeing the accuracy of data related to returnable packaging across multiple locations.

About the Role:
As a Returnable Packaging Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of returnable packaging systems. From reporting on inventory accuracy to providing key insights on packaging utilisation, you will work closely with business units to drive improvements and maintain strong processes.

We’re flexible on location and encourage candidates from VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and report on all returnable packaging data, ensuring accuracy and meeting KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sites and the RP Support Manager to track packaging movements.
  • Provide recommendations to business units to optimise returnable packaging usage.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of returnable packaging equipment.
  • Support with packaging orders, repairs, replacements, and location tracking.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all returnable packaging processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in inventory, logistics, or packaging operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach with a solutions-oriented mindset.
