  • You understand what drives the shoppers in the retail channel how we can optimize their path to purchase.
  • You connect the dots between different (data) resources and define the right actionable insights.
  • You actively participate in internal customer-teams and cross-functional business teams by sharing trade marketing analyses and insights to bring us to the next level and make it become the new normal!
  • In close cooperation with Head of commercial you create a long term strategy for category development including translation into an actionable channel- and customer approach and lead category management projects resulting in an optimization of retail for the respective channel.
  • You are also responsible for category and growth vision stories to create toolkits for market adaptation.
  • You are responsible for P&L of Channel and Distributors.
  • You develop a strategy further growth the channel.
  • Manage and lead the distributor partner to be able enhance co-build the growth plan.
  • Managing the biggest channel contribution to category >50% contribution.

About You

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and with a Bachelor/Master degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in FMCG market within retail. Experience with channel management is a big plus.
  • Good team player and results orientated.
  • Can work under pressure, ability to multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, attention to detail, follow-through and meticulous.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders to understand competing requirements, influence outcomes and deliver effective services. Need to be comfortable to work with multi country or cultural environment.
  • Highly independent and resourceful.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • High level of Commercial & Business Acumen coupled with common sense.
