Position Overview:

Serves as an Identity and Access Management specialist for all users that have access to DN systems or devices. Delivers value by supporting tools and processes designed to facilitate the lifecycle of a user’s identity through the joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Provides technical advice and coaching to Identity Provisioning Team and Helpdesk employees as required. Collaborates with Information Security and senior IT technical support to address and resolve complex Identity and Access Management issues and problems. Acts as a strategic advisor to the global organization and provides subject matter expertise on all areas associated with Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert to the global organization for all things Identity and Access Management.
  • Consults and collaborates with global peers and colleagues and with engineering teams to resolve automation issues.
  • Advises employees on how to gain additional value from available tools and services.
  • Ensures effective documentation of technical work, outcomes and research to benefit team capabilities, improve the product and improve the support experience.
  • Proactively engages with customers to identify and address concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution and experience.
  • Drives strategy for Identity and Access Management across the organization serving both internal and external customers.
  • Establishes IDM and Directory related standards, such as hardware and software design, selection, use standards and tools
  • Defines, plans and designs innovative precedent-setting Identity Management infrastructure solutions, including integrated financial analysis of technical alternatives across technology disciplines to meet business requirements
  • Serves as the cross-platform technical subject matter expert and provides consulting support to DN architects and engineers on integration of applications and data using Identity best practices
  • Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies
  • Leading the delivery of IAM turnkey solutions including onboarding of client applications.


Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Security or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Security Administration (may be adjusted based upon local regulations or level of position)
  • Good business English skills (written and spoken)
  • A strong understanding of broad Information Security topics and in particular a deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management Architecture is required
  • Experience integrating identity management, access management, access governance into infrastructure and applications
  • Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts
  • Proven experience and solid understanding of FIDO2, OAuth, Sailpoint, SAML, and LDAP.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge of Sail Point or other IAM related tools
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management related activities
  • Knowledge of General Active Directory / Azure Identity Management
  • Knowledge of Security Regulations (SOX, PCI, GLBA) is advantage
  • Certifications a plus
