About Our Client

Our client is a well-established entity in the Financial Services and Fund Management industry with a significant global presence and numerous employees.

Job Description

  • Provide extensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management.
  • Role is based out of Gurugram and the stakeholders to be managed are in London
  • Work arrangement is 2 days from office and 3 days from home
  • Candidates need to work in the shift of 1:30pm IST to 10:30pm IST
  • Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments in the organization to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the organization of company events and functions.


The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:

  • At least 8 years of overall experience as an Executive Assistant in the Financial Services or Fund Management industry.
  • Open to Gurugram as a location and shift timings mentioned above
  • Candidate should come with experience working in the Secretarial & Business Support department.
