Your Role and Responsibilities


  • AEM DevOps support engineer with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Installation of AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher & Load banker and other servers manually & using Scripts
  • Manage servers upgrade, service packs, CMS maintenance/upgrade support
  • Creation/Operation of CI/CD pipelines & deployment using Cloud manager/Jenkins/similar tools to AEM author, publish & dispatcher for Different environments including production.
  • Proactive Monitoring of overall infrastructure (Logs/Resources etc.) with/without monitoring tools like Splunk/cloud manager cli.
  • Planning/Managing for cut over & go-live activities along with deployment of different related component in AEM.
  • Debugging/performance tuning of different tiers in AEM (Author, publish, dispatcher & CDN).
  • Configuring & running different AEM maintenance & clean-up job.
  • Automaton of recurring operations wherever possible.
  • Troubleshoot servers during outages and with web latency response issues
  • Run and maintain different product environments (dev, staging, sandbox, production).
  • Document and write best practices around CI/CD tools
  • Responsible for enterprise backup and recovery design and management.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills
  • Candidate needs to be proactive, customer-oriented, and be able to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager Administration (Installation, Setup, Config, Backup, Restore) on Linux/Windows.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS for AEM.
  • Experience with various tools such as Maven, Nexus/Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, Subversion/Git, Docker with Knowledge of shell & curl scripting.
  • Proficient in one or more monitoring and logging tools: Nagios, Logstash, Splunk. Splunk is preferred.
  • Experience with security concepts, tools, methodologies, and implementations best practices for Adobe Experience Manager
  • Understanding of AEM Build & DevOps process, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Experience in CDN & Dispatcher setup and configuration which includes caching AEM on premises, AMS & AEM as cloud.
  • Performance tuning of author/publish/dispatcher servers.
  • Experience in Adobe cloud manager/ cloud manager CLI, asset micro services, replication services will be preferred.
  • Experience in SSL/certificates/SAML/Ldap/ user migration between Ldap & Adobe IMS is preferred.
  • Experience with containerization orchestration tools such as docker & Kubernetes will be preferred.
  • Experience in planning for cut over activities, go live/cut-over and production deployment for AEM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high degree of flexibility and ability to adapt to change in direction
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns, Software architecture, Agile Scrum, DevOps
