Job description

IT Service Manager - 6+ Months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an IT Service Manager for an exciting project with a large FMCG organization.

Requirements IT Service Manager Role:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT solution/service delivery (ITIL certification is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience working and delivering projects on time, within budget and with quality
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing IT delivery roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders and business strategy
  • Strong leadership and experience in vendor management and partnering with third party service providers
  • Prior experience working with stakeholders at varying seniority levels

Details IT Service Manager Role:

  • Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
  • Duration: 12 months (with extensions)
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Remote (Europe)
  • Type of contract: Freelance
