IF YOU ARE

• A business analyst with over 5 years of experience in IT, possessing a proven record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions
• Knowledgeable in non-functional requirements and their drivers, business process optimization activities, prototyping, and modeling tools
• Proficient in writing SQL statements to calculate required metrics and retrieve desired data
• Aware of enterprise digital transformation concepts
• Skilled in relational database systems, their design, and ways of working
• Good at DWH and Big Data architectures, and their most suitable modeling approaches
• Confident in management principles and enterprise solution management specifics
• Well-versed in business architecture frameworks and key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
• Familiar with business development and pre-sales activities
• Focused on solution ideation and participating in design phase activities
• Experienced in conducting issue root cause analysis from high-level management reporting to raw data
• Strong in people management, leading a development team to a result without any formal power
• Familiar with OLAP cubes
• Skilled in RPA (as a huge advantage)

• Capture the vision of the business area and the client’s specifics
• Define the client’s business needs, goals, and objectives, and introduce them to the engagement and development teams
• Analyze the 'as is' state for the enterprise
• Define the 'to be' state, identify and assess gaps, and design solutions
• Develop a business case to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments
• Standardize business and solution requirements elicitation using best practices for facilitation, requirements specification, designing, prototyping, and modeling
• Ensure the solution meets the business needs
• Establish and follow the requirements lifecycle process
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan communication strategy based on its results and solution specifics
• Prioritize and roadmap solution requirements
• Manage solution scope
• Establish the change management process where applicable
• Be part of the team that is responsible for cooperating with the client to define the needs, inception, and new enterprise digital solutions
• Work closely with Delivery Managers to confirm alignment of the requirements management plan, with the overall project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management
