Szerviztechnikus (Retail)

A Diebold Nixdorf a kiskereskedelmi és banki rendszerek vezető globális fejlesztője és gyártója. Jelenleg középfokú végzettséggel rendelkező Szerviztechnikus munkatársat keresünk.

Kulcsfeladatok:

Hibajavítás: HW és SW hibák részletes elemzése a rendelkezésre álló diagnosztikai eszközök felhasználásával, majd azok elhárítása. Ez magában foglalja a HW alktrész-szintű javítását, a mechanikus alkatrészek tisztítását és beállítását, valamint a SW konfigurálását és telepítését.
Karbantartás: Előírásoknak megfelelő rutinellenőrzések elvégzése és fogyóeszközök feltöltése.
IMAC/R (projekt munkák): A hardver- és szoftvertermékek és alkatrészek telepítése, áthelyezése, bővítése, módosítása és eltávolítása az utasításoknak megfelelően.
Ügyfelek betanítása: Ügyfelek betanítása a telepített HW és SW használatára és működtetésére vonatkozóan.
Folyamat jellegű feladatok: A diszpécsertől érkező bejelentések fogadása és a diszpécser tájékoztatása bármi váratlan problémáról és minden elvégzett tevékenységről. Az ügyfelek proaktív tájékoztatása minden elvégzett tevékenységről.
Folyamatos fejlesztés: Figyelemmel követi a műszaki vagy folyamatbeli problémákat, proaktívan tájékoztat a lehetséges problémákról és lehetőség szerint megoldási javaslatokat tesz.
Aktívan használja a vállalati eszközöket és folyamatokat a tudásának fejlesztéséhez, pl. a tudásbázist, hogy megoldásokat találjon és hozzájáruljon azok fejlesztéséhez.

Szükséges képesítések:

Legalább 1 év hasonló munkatapasztalattal rendelkező területen.
Jó számítógépes ismeretek
Előnyt jelent az érintett iparág termékismerete és alap ITIL ismeretek
Kinti munkavégzésre való alkalmasság
Kiváló ügyfélkapcsolati készség
Gyorsaság, szervezőkészség és csapatmunkára való képesség
Erkölcsi bizonyítvány
Folyékony magyar nyelvismeret, angol alapfok előny
B kategóriás jogosítvány

Service Technician (Retail)

Diebold Nixdorf is a leading global developer and retail manufacturer of retail and banking systems. We are currently looking for a Service Technician to cover Budapest area.

Responsibilities:

Error correction: Detailed analysis of HW and SW errors using available diagnostic tools and their remediation.This includes subpart-level repair of HW, cleaning and adjustment of mechanical parts, and configuration and installation of SW.
Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and replenish consumables in accordance with regulations.
IMAC/R (Project Works): Install, move, expand, modify, and remove hardware and software products and components according to instructions.
Train clients on how to use and operate deployed HW and SW.
Receiving reports from the dispatcher and informing of any unexpected problems and any activities performed. Proactively inform customers about all activities conducted.
Monitor technical or process issues, proactively inform of potential problems, and suggest solutions where possible.
You will also help to improve company tools and processes to find solutions and contribute to their development.

Required qualifications:

At least 1 year on a similar work experience field.
Good computer skills
Product knowledge and basic ITIL knowledge of the industry concerned are an advantage
Suitability for outdoor work
Excellent customer relations skills
Speed, organisation and teamplayer
Certificate of good conduct
Fluency in Hungarian, basic English is an advantage
Driving license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Service technician work experience
Technical secondary school diploma
English communication skills
