What you will do

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual success and achieve business objectives. Cultivate strong relationships with partners, including C-level executives, to ensure commitment and loyalty.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with partners and regional leaders to align business strategies, goals, and initiatives with CSS offerings to maximize customer success outcomes.
  • Enablement and Support: Become familiar with partner go-to-market and service-delivery strategies across all Oracle products. Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively market, sell, and deliver our services to customers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive partner success.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams (sales, product, support) to advocate for partner needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partner initiatives, resolve issues, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Joint Business and Marketing Plans: Collaborate with partners to create joint business and marketing plans. Identify areas of mutual benefit and align strategies to drive consumption of Oracle solutions and services.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate partners on our services, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and insights on partner performance, trends, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.


Skills and Experience

  • Sales Leadership and Relationship Management: Demonstrated history of strong sales and collaboration skills in partner business. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners and C-level executives across the MEA region.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating effective communication with partners and stakeholders. Highly developed abilities in presentation and public speaking, essential for effectively communicating value propositions and strategies.
  • Project Management and Delivery: Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering outcomes leveraging Oracle solutions and services. Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and delivering projects on time and within budget, engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Market Insight and Networking: Extensive knowledge of the MEA region, with a well-established network facilitating strong partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Proven skills in time management and prioritization, ensuring efficient handling of multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Positive Attitude and Initiative: Positive attitude, initiative, and self-motivation to promote these qualities within the broader team, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Leadership experience in fostering a culture of initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement within sales and customer success teams.
  • Education and Background: Higher education in IT, Business, or Marketing, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex solutions and effectively communicating their value. Backed by over 10 years of experience in partner business and enterprise markets.
