Job description

Healthcare’s helping hand.

CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.

Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

CHG Healthcare is looking for a Market Research Manager to join our Marketing team to help conduct primary research, gather existing research, and translate research into business and marketing insights. In this role you will oversee all aspects of market research projects, ensure that research findings are effectively integrated into business strategies, and provide valuable insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. If you are passionate about market research and have a knack for turning data into strategic decisions, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of an annual market research plan and budget for CHG’s portfolio of brands.
  • Recommend and conduct quantitative and qualitative research, usually in partnership with marketing strategists, brand marketers and recruitment team leaders.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings to ensure that research findings and insights are understood and implemented to help drive decisions.
  • Effectively present and share research findings to both key stakeholders and throughout the company.
  • Compile and archive existing primary and secondary research into a centralized repository to both monitor and maximize the utilization of our research throughout the organization.
  • Partner with public relations and content marketing to maximize the promotion of research findings externally.
  • Manage research partner relationships, including research agencies, data platforms, and syndicated research vendors

Qualifications:

  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to utilize advanced statistical techniques and software platforms such as Qualtrics for data analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing market research projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical standards in research.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience assisting with competitive analysis and annual benchmarking studies.
  • Experience monitoring and socializing industry trends, news, and relevant secondary research.
  • Master's degree or PhD preferred.
