Key Responsibilities

  • Draft necessary documentation such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Guide clients through the home-buying process, helping them with budgeting and mortgage options.
  • Engage with pre-qualified leads to assess their preferences and requirements for their future homes.
  • Participate in open houses, organize property showings, and provide insightful tours for potential buyers.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers or listing agents to facilitate mutually beneficial transactions.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the home-buying process and real estate market dynamics.
  • Competence in drafting essential real estate documents.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • 1 year of experience in sales (Preferred) and 1 year in hospitality (Preferred).
  • Real Estate License (Preferred) and a valid Driver’s License (Required).
