Job Overview

Join our innovative Analytics & Insights (A&I) team as a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, Channel Analytics. This remote role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions and strategic enhancements within our organization, focusing on optimizing our Go-To-Market strategy and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing channel teams to analyze digital performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Establish key success metrics for website and app analytics, employing a strong understanding of web behaviors and user experience best practices.
  • Partner with analysts and stakeholders to refine campaign performance, web/app usability, and overall marketing strategies.
  • Present insightful findings to senior leadership, contributing to business strategy discussions.
  • Develop and maintain key performance dashboards, fostering a culture of self-service analytics across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tagging and attribution across various platforms by conducting quality assurance on reporting.
  • Lead cross-channel performance analyses that align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Engage actively in a collaborative project management environment.
  • Contribute to discussions on marketing trends and insights in omni-channel meetings.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and data storytelling techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and knowledge of HTML for web analytics tagging.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics) is preferred.
  • Between 3 to 6 years of experience in digital, marketing, or media analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience in evaluating digital marketing effectiveness through metrics interpretation.
