Job Title: Conversion Accountant - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Accountant to join our innovative SaaS company that specializes in enhancing restaurant technology solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for our clients as they transition to our comprehensive accounting software. You will leverage your accounting expertise to ensure adherence to financial regulations and promote best practices, thereby contributing to the financial acumen of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the effective integration of clients’ previous financial books into our software platform.
  • Provide insightful industry guidance on financial structure and controls during onboarding.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on accounting principles, software functionalities, and industry standards to ensure precision in financial management.
  • Review and rectify any discrepancies in client financial statements, thereby enhancing their reporting accuracy.
  • Build and sustain personalized relationships with clients, prioritizing one-on-one engagement.
  • Advocate for the value of our platform and identify cost-saving strategies to enhance client profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Success Manager to refine operational policies and best practices as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional client support through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and online platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
