Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete deal process from structure through to closure
  • Ensure alignment with senior leaders in the Revenue organization to uphold process integrity and prevent delays
  • Provide support to Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers across all divisions
  • Oversee discount processes
  • Maintain updated systems with comprehensive deal information
  • Offer order management support, including processing orders and assisting field sales in creating customer quotes
  • Ensure booking accuracy in the CRM
  • Provision products and services
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and initiatives
  • Identify system issues and collaborate with the Business Systems team for resolution
  • Facilitate sales approval and standardized contract generation processes, ensuring compliance with sales and business approval policies
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with key business partners, including Revenue Operations & Enablement, Finance, Product, Legal, and other relevant functions, to streamline the review and approval process
  • Utilize systems expertise to automate and enhance deal flow and validation processes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the deals desk against external benchmarks and best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Introduce innovative best practices to position the Deals Desk & Order Management team as proactive leaders of change within the Revenue organization.
