With a focus on innovation and excellence, our firm comprises 50 dedicated professionals committed to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor our administrative team to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Provide crucial support to our Principals and senior management.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
  • Manage comprehensive insurance programs, including Worker's Comp, Professional Liability, General Liability, and Health & Dental coverage.
  • Collaborate with HR to establish and maintain procedural compliance with labor laws.
  • Partner with the Business Development Director to align marketing strategies and assist in developing marketing materials.

Required Skills

  • A leader with a strong service orientation, dedicated to empowering your team while driving results.
  • Exceptional skills in accounting and finance are essential.
  • Proficiency in Ajera or Deltek is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business administration, preferably within the construction sector, particularly in engineering or architectural firms.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or an MBA is required.

  • Salary Range: \(75,000-\)115,000 annually (Exempt)
