Job Overview

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional to join our organization as a Client Experience Manager, operating in a remote capacity. This position is ideally suited for individuals who are passionate about designing exceptional travel experiences and take great joy in assisting clients achieve their travel dreams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Experience Manager, your role will encompass:

  • Developing tailored itineraries and managing effective communications with clients.
  • Conducting comprehensive research to propose optimal destinations, dining options, and activities.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to arrange customized travel solutions.
  • Keeping client travel documents and invoices updated and organized.
  • Negotiating favorable rates for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and additional transportation services.
  • Coordinating with the team to oversee all facets of travel needs, including ticket processing, itinerary management, clerical tasks, and travel credits.
