Technical Product Manager - LATAM

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Product Manager focused on Marketplace Integrations and API to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will excel at balancing technical knowledge with strong stakeholder management skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

This role will report to the Senior Director of Product and will be critical in enabling the client to build new features and capabilities, plan for sustainable growth in scale, and support our partnerships ecosystem. 

As a product manager in a fast-growing startup, you will be required to interface with customers, write, maintain and monitor technical documentation, as well as work with the marketing and alliance team to build value, represent the product, and any other challenges that may arise on the way to scale. • You will be responsible for scale projections and requirements, based on data and business-cases.
• You will be a key leader in our mission to help the world instantly and non-intrusively measure, collaborate and reduce the risk of any company in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with multiple product teams as well as the alliances team to successfully triage and prioritize client requests according to business value.
• Understand complex technical requirements and translate the customer / business value of adapting to market needs
• Evaluate customer support escalations and work with engineering to prioritize enhancements that address these issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and platform teams to ensure the quality and timely release of feature updates across marketplace integrations and API.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions, ensuring the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized and use agile methodologies and tools to streamline backlog management and refinement processes.
• Analyze and define API and experience requirements for internal and external engineering teams as part of solution requirements
• Engage with partners to identify opportunities and to support them in integrating with the client's platform.
• Collaborate with partners to implement regular content updates and assess opportunities for value-added enhancements.
• Maintain a clear SOP for marketplace updates to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or similar technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on API and marketplace integrations.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• Experience in collaborating with engineering and platform teams.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Based in Latin America: This is a remote role for candidates based in LATAM only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and its impact on business risk.
• Additional certifications in product management or related fields.
