About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated C++ Software Developer to join our team and work on creating visual software components for emission measurement applications. This position is primarily remote (95%) with occasional on-site requirements (5%) for testing and operational purposes. The role involves developing components for C++ Builder 11 (or Delphi) that will be used in emission measurement stations. These applications run on Windows PCs and communicate with external devices via USB/Bluetooth to collect real-time data from combustion engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize visual software components for the C++ Builder 11 development tool (or Delphi).
  • Implement components for applications that run on Windows in emission measurement stations.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the application and emission measurement devices through USB/Bluetooth.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Perform on-site testing and operational handling in the Czech Republic (1-2 times per month).
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues related to emission measurement.
  • Maintain clear documentation and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
