APAC Business Development Manager

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are the first Native One-Stop Liquidity Protocol on Sui. They enable users to participate as liquidity providers or borrowers within the Sui Ecosystem.

The protocol's innovative features, such as Automatic Leverage Vaults and Isolation Mode, enable users to leverage their assets and access novel trading opportunities with minimized risks. Their design provides support for digital assets at different risk levels, while its advanced security features ensure the protection of user funds and the mitigation of systemic risks.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in exploring new business development partnerships and quality communities which could help user growth and TVL growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue global business development opportunities to enhance Protocol's market presence.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing partners in the international market.
• Explore high-quality resources, such as VIP communities or agencies, to drive user and Total Value Locked (TVL) growth.
• Continuously optimize partnerships through data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of business development and partner collaboration.
• Proven networking and relationship-building skills, demonstrating success in business development and partner management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the potential of blockchain technology.
