Job Summary:

The Sr. Director of Technology Integration will be responsible for leading the technology integration for large medical practices into the US Oncology Network. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in technology integration, strong project management and change management skills, and exceptional leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and realization of synergies post-acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.

Project and Program Management: Oversee large-scale integration projects, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions that enhance system interoperability, improve data sharing, and streamline clinical workflows in oncology.

Technology Alignment: Assess and align technology stacks, systems, and processes with our company standards.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.

Synergy Realization: Identify and capture synergies from the integration, optimizing processes, reducing redundancies, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the integration process, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST and company policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, legal teams, financial advisors, and other relevant parties throughout the integration process.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. Build a culture of excellence in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving.

Budget Management: Oversee the IT integration budget, ensuring cost-effective deployment of resources, efficient project management, and alignment with organizational financial goals.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology integration, with a focus on post-acquisition integration.

Critical Skills:

  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for clinical and executive teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully integrating technology assets in a healthcare environment.
  • Expertise in risk management, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, working with internal and external parties throughout the integration process.
  • Experience in team leadership and development, fostering an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage and oversee the IT integration budget effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
  • This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field/MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

$147,200 - $245,400
